Financial Reporting Manager

Location: Hybrid – Cleveland, OH 44115 (parking costs will be incurred) Pay Rate: $40/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Assignment Length: Contract, up to 3 months Join Our Team as a Financial Reporting Manager Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys turning numbers into meaningful insights? We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee critical financial reporting and accounting functions for a respected organization dedicated to making a positive community impact. In this role, you will help ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient financial operations that support organizational success.

Must-Haves

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5 years of accounting or related financial experience
Strong knowledge of financial statements, general ledger accounting, and internal controls
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of accounting or financial management experience
Experience working within a nonprofit organization
Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing teams
Knowledge of Great Plains accounting software
Experience with financial audits, budget preparation, and financial analysis
Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
