Lexington Regional Health Center, a respected Critical Access Hospital, is seeking a results-driven leader to step into the Director of Revenue Cycle role and help shape the future of its financial operations.

The Position

• The Director of Revenue Cycle serves as a senior healthcare leader responsible for the strategic oversight and operational performance of all revenue cycle functions, including Health Information Management (HIM) and Business Office operations.
• Reporting as a key partner to the Chief Financial Officer, this role ensures optimal reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the entire revenue continuum.
• This leader will play a key role in driving alignment across departments, ensuring cross-functional teams work together seamlessly. Additional responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment between the coding, billing and rev integrity teams.
• The ideal candidate will be an experienced Revenue Cycle leader with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. This leader must foster a strong people-centered culture, actively listen to team needs, provide support and mentorship, and build strong relationships throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or related field is required
  Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of five years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience and a strong understanding of hospital reimbursement methodologies is required.
• Experience within a critical access hospital and/or rural healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
