Tax Manager

DMJPS PLLC

Do you enjoy being a trusted business partner? Do you enjoy building relationships with your clients and being a business advisor – not just someone who grinds thru tax returns? If so, then I want to talk to you about joining our rapidly growing firm in Mooresville, NC. We are looking for a Tax Senior Manager or Manager to build and grow client relationships, coach and support staff, review and prepare tax returns, perform tax research, and more. This position is open due to growth and future succession planning. Requirements include: BA/BS Accounting (Masters in Accounting or Taxation preferred) CPA with at least 7 years of experience in public accounting Tax review experience Experience with tax compliance needs for individuals, partnerships, trusts and corporations (experience with multi-state filings preferred). Gift tax experience is a bonus Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with CCH Axcess (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills Excellent client interpersonal skills Ability to direct and lead others DMJPS PLLC offers a great work environment, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and growth opportunities.
