Trainer/Training Specialist - Part-Time Contract | Workforce Software | Buffalo, NY and Utica, NY: onsite We're hiring a Training Specialist to deliver instructor-led training for employees using WorkForce Software, or similar workforce-management/timekeeping systems . What You'll Bring Experience delivering instructor-led training to groups Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, workforce management systems, or employee timekeeping platforms Ability to explain technical workflows clearly to employees with varying levels of technical proficiency Availability for early-morning training sessions Tuesday through Thursday Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and inclusiveness Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Training: Two 90-minute instructor-led sessions per day Start Time: First session may begin as early as 7:00 AM Travel: Travel between assigned locations may be required Top performers are fast learners, strong team players, and committed to accuracy and inclusiveness, Location: Buffalo, NY and Utica, NY: onsite Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
