Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential required
• Licensure as required for SLP practice in Michigan
• Experience with school-aged or young adult populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students aged 12–26
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
• Create engaging therapy sessions tailored to diverse needs within a center-based population
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
• Provide guidance for assistive technology when applicable
