NOW HIRING – GENERAL LABOR | FOOD PRODUCTION

Location: Vernon, CA
Pay: $18.42 per hour

Start Date: Targeting October 5th –

Precise Personnel Staffing is currently hiring General Labor associates for a food production facility in Vernon, CA. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

A Shift

General Labor
5 openings
Shift schedule will be provided during the hiring process

B Shift

General Labor
5 openings
Heavy lifting experience preferred

C Shift

General Labor
12 openings
Heavy lifting is required
10:30 PM – 7:15 AM

JOB DUTIES:

Perform general labor duties in a food production environment
Assist with production, packaging, and material handling
Lift and move materials as needed
Keep work areas clean and organized
Follow safety and production procedures
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

REQUIREMENTS:

Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
Must be able to lift heavy materials, especially for C Shift
Previous food production or warehouse experience is a plus
