What You’ll Do

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our patients and their treatment plans. Your role is all about connection, trust, and helping patients commit to their best dental health.

• Present treatment plans with confidence and clarity

• Guide patients through financial conversations with professionalism and empathy

• Build lasting relationships and help patients feel comfortable saying “yes” to care

• Drive case acceptance by aligning patient needs with our world-class dentistry

• Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Track and achieve case acceptance goals

• Be a positive, energetic presence in the office

• Loves presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their options

• Isn’t afraid of financial discussions and knows how to make them stress-free

• Brings a customer service–oriented mindset to every interaction

• Has dental experience (required)

• Is energetic, fun, and team-oriented

• Sees the big picture and contributes to practice growth
