Propulsion System Strategic Study Specialist

The Industrial Strategy (IS) Study Specialist will coordinate the collection of CAPEX and Transformation Cost information for Propulsion System Programs for use in preparing information for leadership governance on new and current model products and processes. Must be a self-starter with ability to lead and meet with cross-functional teams and assimilate product/process information to formulate and document implementation plans.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:The IS Study Specialist will be responsible for Cost studies and planning including the following: Collecting and Documenting Process Cost Estimates including CAPEX and Transformation CostsCreating Presentations for leadership review/approvalAttending Product meetings and monitoring requirements for IS interventionTracking/Reporting out on Planned Activities to implement Product Actions in various forumsContributing to or Producing Financial Analysis including Make/Buy AnalysesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree5 years of automotive project experience preferably in ManufacturingExperience working in project teams to document/implement project requirementsStrong computer skills - particularly in Excel, PowerPointExcellent communication skills - both oral and writtenAbility to communicate with Executive/Senior ManagementSuccessful candidate must have the ability to work as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Program ManagementFinancial Analysis including Product CostUnderstanding of Make/Buy analysesBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2020390Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: ManufacturingPosted Date: 28/07/2026
