Capstone Realty Professionals is a top-rated Phoenix real estate brokerage and property management company that has been helping clients buy, sell, and manage residential real estate since 2008. As our property management division continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team.

This is not an entry-level role.

We're looking for a licensed Arizona real estate professional who has successfully managed residential properties, genuinely enjoys serving clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

At Capstone, our Property Managers are first and foremost relationship managers, decision-makers, and problem solvers .

This is an in-office position designed to keep you focused on what matters most: building strong relationships with property owners and residents, communicating proactively, making good decisions, and ensuring issues are driven through to resolution.

You won't be expected to do everything yourself. Our Property Managers are supported by dedicated team members handling leasing, maintenance coordination, property walks and field activities, as well as an accounting department that supports the financial side of property management.

That structure allows you to spend your time managing your portfolio and your relationships—not running all over town or getting buried in tasks that can be handled by specialized team members.

You'll be responsible for:

• Serving as the primary relationship and communication point for property owners and residents
• Building trust through proactive, professional communication
• Understanding each owner's goals and helping them make informed decisions about their property
• Determining market rents through rental analysis and comparable research
• Making recommendations regarding rents, renewals, maintenance, property condition, and overall property performance
• Coordinating with our leasing, maintenance, field, and accounting teams to ensure issues are handled correctly and efficiently
• Managing owner and resident expectations, concerns, and difficult conversations
• Enforcing lease agreements professionally and consistently
• Identifying problems, investigating root causes, and determining the appropriate next step
• Following issues through to completion—even when another team member or department is responsible for executing the work
• Protecting the owner experience through proactive communication and strong follow-through
• Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, accountable culture

You don't have to do every task—but you do own the relationship and the outcome.

What We're Looking For

Required  

• Active Arizona Real Estate License
• Residential property management experience 
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills 
• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail 
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills 
• Experience using spreadsheets and technology platforms

Preferred 

• AppFolio experience 
• Experience managing a portfolio of residential properties 
• Proven success handling difficult conversations and resolving issues professionally
