Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1787.04/week –

Job Summary:
The ER RN is responsible for providing high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced, acute care setting. This role requires delivering compassionate clinical support while managing multiple priorities across various unit needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and prioritize patient conditions to deliver timely emergency interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies following provider orders and protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately in Epic electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond swiftly to changes in clinical status.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid South Carolina or Compact RN license prior to start.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Be certified in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic electronic medical records system.
• Ability to float within scope to different units/sister facilities as needed.
• Able to work 3×12 night shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.), including weekends and holidays.
