This role is key in ensuring guest satisfaction, associate engagement, and smooth front office operations while upholding Concord’s values and culture. Responsibilities: Lead and support the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service. Address guest and associate concerns promptly and professionally. Oversee front office operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and hotel policies. Monitor GSS results and implement action plans for continuous improvement. Train, mentor, and develop associates while fostering a positive work environment. Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews. Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and selling strategies. Ensure compliance with corporate, safety, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with leadership to drive guest satisfaction, revenue, and team success. Qualifications: Prior experience in hotel front office operations or management required. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team. Strong guest service orientation with effective problem-solving skills. Knowledge of hotel systems, financial objectives, and operational procedures. Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
