- Participate in function-based accounting activities such as revenue deferrals, selling expenses, and budgeting.
- Perform month-end close duties, including journal entries and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations partners globally.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
- Work with auditors for successful internal audits and reviews.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 3 years of comparable experience.
- Strong critical thinking skills and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Experience working with SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- MBA or Master's Degree in Accounting.
- CPA certification.
- SAP implementation experience.
