Job Description
The role involves assembling and disassembling engines to conduct various tests, including validation and certification tests, within engine test cells. You will collaborate closely with a team of three engineers, focusing on standard work creation for new engine assembly and disassembly, providing necessary tooling for mechanics, and conducting simple design work.
Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble engines for testing purposes.
• Conduct validation and certification tests on engines.
• Develop standard work procedures for new engine assembly and disassembly.
• Design and provide specific tooling required by mechanics for engine disassembly.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers to fulfill various requests and ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency in tool design.
• Strong mechanical engineering skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with engines.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Mossville, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.44 - $31.25/hr.
