Job Title : Client Services Specialist - Commercial Lines (On-site)
Location : Birmingham, AL 35216 
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 bonus

Vaco is assisting a well-known insurance services and risk management leader in the Birmingham area identify a Client Services Specialist with 2-4 years’ experience. Our client has grown into one of Birmingham’s most sought-after companies. As a Client Services Specialist working in our client's Commercial Lines department, you will support the agency's mission of providing quality products and valuable counsel and services through timely, detailed, and accurate support to clients.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: receiving, ordering, checking, invoicing and transmitting changes to client policies; checking new and renewal policies or policy checklists; maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in the agency's data management system. 

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution is a plus
• 2-4 years of commercial insurance experience is  required
• Property and Casualty License  required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and also, experience using agency management systems (TAM experience is preferred)
