365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Albany, New York.

Position Snapshot

• Base Salary: $600,000 guaranteed
• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
• Retention Bonus: $25,000
• Relocation Bonus: $25,000 (if applicable)
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Flexible Schedule Options

Choose from multiple practice models:

Option 1: Weekend Rounding Model

• Friday–Sunday, 12 PM – 12 AM
• Inpatient rounding only (no clinic)

Option 2: Traditional Model

• 40-hour work week
• Mix of hospital and outpatient clinic
• Includes walk-in clinic coverage (2–3x/month)
• Call: 1:5 rotation

Option 3: Hospitalist Model

• 7-on / 7-off schedule
• 7 AM – 7 PM shifts
• No outpatient clinic responsibilities

This flexible structure allows physicians to align their schedule with lifestyle and career goals.

Practice Environment

• Multi-site cardiology program across Albany and Troy
• Collaborative team of cardiologists and subspecialists
• Strong inpatient and outpatient integration
• Epic EMR
• High patient volume with established referral network

Typical volumes:

• 20–25 patients per clinic day
• Hospital rounding teams managing 50–60 patients daily

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive non-invasive cardiology care
• Perform inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic visits
• Diagnose and manage cardiovascular conditions
• Interpret diagnostic studies and imaging
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac teams
• Participate in call rotation as applicable
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Completion of Cardiology Fellowship (required)
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA certification
• Clean malpractice and license history

Open to 2026 graduates and experienced physicians.
