The posted compensation range of $43.65 - $49.44/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our Operating Room Tech, you will be a vital member of the surgical healthcare team, providing essential technical and supportive services within our fast-paced Operating Room environment. You will be instrumental in preparing the surgical suite, ensuring sterile conditions, and actively assisting during procedures to support optimal patient outcomes. Every day you will meticulously set up and prepare the operating room, utilizing physician's preference cards to obtain necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment for each case. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong technical skills with a deep understanding of aseptic technique principles. You will be able to effectively communicate and collaborate as a team member, anticipate surgical needs, and maintain a safe working environment.
