The TL;DR Role: Full Time Type: Weekdays, plus availability for 24/7 emergencies Location: In-person, Murray, UT Mission: This person ensures the proper maintenance of the physical plant, common areas, and individual resident units, contributing to a safe and secure community environment. What You’ll Actually Do Maintain: Be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of the physical plant, exterior and interior common areas, and individual resident units, aligning with company mission, vision, and values. Execute: Directly complete work orders alongside team members, performing hands‑on tasks such as painting, carpet cleaning, and pressure washing for apartment turnovers. Manage Grounds: Oversee and actively maintain the grounds and landscaping surrounding the community. Ensure Safety: Uphold a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests by consistently following established safety standards. Collaborate: Actively encourage and participate in teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments. The Must-Haves Background: Director-level professional with a high school diploma or equivalent. Possess core domain knowledge in the building industry, specifically concerning the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and structural matters. Experience: Prefer at least 3 years of experience in the building industry, maintenance, and/or housekeeping. Prior property management or multifamily housing experience is also preferred. Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to work with and care for the elderly. Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, supervisors, residents, and their families.
