Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of technology projects from initiation through closure. This role manages project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring client satisfaction and delivery excellence. The Project Manager serves as the primary coordination point between clients, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that achieve defined business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope and ensure effective change control procedures are followed.
• Track progress against project objectives and proactively address issues impacting project success.
• Run effective Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning sessions, and retrospectives as required.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Financial & Resource Management

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, labor utilization, and financial performance.
• Monitor project burn rates and resource allocations.
• Coordinate project staffing requirements and work with functional leaders to secure resources.
• Track project expenses and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate complex technical information into business-friendly communications.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, business partners, and delivery teams.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Escalate critical issues appropriately and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain project governance artifacts and reporting.

Team Leadership

• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of technical, business, and third-party resources.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across project participants.
• Promote adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Support mentoring of junior project coordinators and project managers when appropriate.

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Support portfolio-level reporting and governance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and lessons learned reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-6- years of project management experience delivering technology projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid approaches.
• Experience working with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience within a technology consulting, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or digital transformation environment.
• Experience leading projects involving:
