Fulcrum, Inc. is building an AI platform to automate insurance drudgery and seeks a People Operations Generalist to own and scale day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced startup. You will balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution and partner with leaders to support a high-growth culture. Based in San Francisco, you’ll manage onboarding, payroll (Gusto), benefits, compliance with California and SF laws, and employee relations, while developing scalable HR processes and policies to #J-18808-Ljbffr Fulcrum, Inc.
