Location: Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA

We are currently looking for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join our well-established outpatient clinic.

• Full-time employment opportunity available.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is highly preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.

• OB/GYN physicians typically see around 22-25 patients daily in the clinic.

• Physicians will provide care at our clinics located in Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA.

• Average delivery rate is approximately 3-4 deliveries per call.

• Comprehensive Women's Health services include well-woman care, prenatal planning, management of high-risk pregnancies, postpartum care, in-office procedures, specialized surgical care, and minimally invasive surgical options.

• Call schedule is 1:10, equating to about 3 calls per month.

• The group consists of 19 physicians: 13 general OB/GYNs, 2 OB/GYN Hospitalists, and 6 Gynecologists.

• Strong ancillary support staff is available.

• Access to a variety of specialists.

• Diverse patient demographics.

• Deliveries take place at a local hospital equipped with a Level 3 NICU, featuring 24-hour dedicated anesthesiology for labor and delivery, a neonatologist, and an obstetric hospitalist.

• Attractive compensation package:

  • Two-year base salary guarantee of $375,000 annually.

  • Quarterly productivity-based wRVU Incentive Bonus.

  • Up to 10% annual performance incentives.

  • Sign-on bonus available.
