Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract opportunity is designed for a dedicated OT who is passionate about supporting students aged 5 to 22, helping them achieve their fullest potential. Key Qualifications:

• Active and current Occupational Therapy license
• Prior experience working as an OT in a school-based setting
• Comfort with, and ideally experience in, supporting students exhibiting severe behaviors
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs and IEP goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy for students across age groups, supporting both academic and functional skill development
• Assess students’ abilities and needs, and develop appropriate treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and special education staff, to ensure comprehensive support for each student
• Document progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations to optimize student outcomes
• Engage in ongoing professional development to bring the latest practices to your students

This role offers the chance to grow professionally while making a direct, positive impact each day. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, starting June 15th, 2026. The assignment is for a minimum of 15 weeks, with potential to extend for the full academic year.
