Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication and learning needs across Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade. Work onsite with a diverse student community in a centrally located district, serving approximately 3,650 students. You’ll collaborate with educators and families, impacting lives in both an elementary and a high school setting.

Utilize your SLP skills as you meet individualized goals, serving a caseload that may reach up to 60 students with a range of needs from general education to moderate/severe disabilities. This onsite position is especially well-suited for experienced travel professionals seeking meaningful work in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with caseloads TK-5 and 9-12, general ed through mod/severe
• Effective communicator with school teams, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation
• Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative support, adapting as student requirements evolve
• Travel between elementary and high school sites as scheduled

Contract Details:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, following the academic calendar
• Contract duration: August 10, 2026 – June 4, 2027
• Caseload: Up to 60 students, disabilities ranging from general education to mod/severe
• All services provided onsite only
