Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a valued professional on our team, you'll provide direct Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Occupational Therapy (OT) services onsite, engaging with a dynamic caseload of 55 students. This position offers a consistent 33-hour workweek, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while enjoying work-life balance.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Possess valid licensure/certification for SLP or OT in California
• Experience delivering therapy services in school-based or pediatric settings
• Proficient in IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Capable of independently managing a diverse caseload onsite
• Adaptability when working with various student ages and needs

Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing evidence-based therapy interventions for students, focusing on skill development and educational access
• Conducting assessments, writing reports, and contributing to IEP meetings
• Collaborating closely with teachers, school staff, and families to develop individualized support strategies
• Monitoring, recording, and communicating student progress and adapting interventions as needed
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education services
• Participating in school-based meetings and contributing to a positive learning environment
