– Greet and room patients efficiently while maintaining a welcoming demeanor – Schedule patient appointments and answer phones to ensure smooth clinic operations – Take patient vitals and assist with clinical procedures – Draw blood and perform venipuncture with accuracy and attention to detail – Administer vaccines in accordance with clinic protocols – Provide additional clinical support as needed to assist healthcare providers – Maintain a collaborative relationship with clinic staff, fostering a team-oriented environment

– Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience (including externship) – Strong phlebotomy and venipuncture skills – Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) – Attention to detail in clinical tasks and documentation – Effective communication skills for patient interaction – Strong computer skills to navigate digital health records and scheduling systems

– Medical Assistant certification strongly preferred – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities efficiently – Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including mornings and late mornings (8am-5pm, 10am-7pm shifts) – Although not required, experience in health education or outreach is highly valued – Candidates should possess a professional demeanor with a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
