WHAT THIS LEAD ROLE ENTAILS

You'll work a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed.

You'll lead installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include overseeing installation crews, troubleshooting heating and air conditioning systems, and providing on-site training. Your expertise will contribute directly to our company's success, creating comfortable environments for our clients every day!
