Position: Regional Director of Business Development
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000/YR DOE
Location: Fir Lane Care, 2430 N. 13th St., Shelton, WA 98584 and Willapa Harbor Care, 1100 Jackson Ave
Raymond, WA 98577

What You'll Do:
- Act as a brand ambassador for Caldera Care, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the community
- Foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social workers
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop business strategies and improve referral processes
- Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness of our services and build meaningful connections
- Drive census and skilled mix growth through proactive business development initiatives and outreach
What We're Looking For:
- Must have experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) marketing
- Clinical background is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance payer systems
- 1+ year of marketing and/or management experience (preferred)

Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Care/Willapa Harbor Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care/Willapa Harbor Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care/Willapa Harbor Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
