Diverse Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Manchester, MI. What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions
• Remove, replace, adjust, and repair equipment components
• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery
• Complete equipment upgrades and repair projects
• Perform general building and facility maintenance
• Document maintenance activities and repairs
• Work with production teams to minimize equipment downtime

Must-Have Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of machine maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to read technical instructions, diagrams, and maintenance documentation
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree
• Industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Welding, fabrication, or PLC troubleshooting experience

• Frequent troubleshooting and repair activities
• Regular lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and tool usage
• Exposure to noise, grease, oils, and varying plant temperatures
