Employee Benefits Accounts Lead, Client Success

USI Insurance Services is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in Atlanta to oversee a portfolio of fully insured and select self-insured accounts. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact, deliver consultative guidance, and ensure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. You will educate clients on ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500 reporting, and Health Care Reform, set up new contracts, manage renewals, and coordinate client communications and billing, while driving program #J-18808-Ljbffr USI Insurance Services
