Family Law Attorney

Our client is Growing and Hiring a Family Law Attorney. Firm is looking for an experienced family law attorney to join our team. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from inception through resolution. Handle client consultations, case strategy, negotiations, and settlement discussions. Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and other legal documents. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Effectively manage deadlines, caseload, and case-related responsibilities. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to provide high-quality legal representation. Develop and maintain a book of business, where applicable. Qualifications 7-10+ years of family law experience, preferably in Texas. Strong knowledge of Texas family law procedures and regulations. Board Certification in Family Law is strongly preferred. Proven ability to independently manage a family law caseload. Strong litigation, negotiation, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and client-management abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Texas Bar admission in good standing.
