Job Title: Assembly Line Support Specialist Job Description

Support the assembly line by ensuring a consistent flow of parts as needed. This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse and assembly line environments and processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety rules and regulations.

• Train and become certified in the use of forklifts, cranes, and other necessary machines.

• Adhere to all quality standards and procedures.

• Assist in assembly tasks.

• Support machine tear downs for shipping if needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience with blueprints, mechanical tasks, and hand tools.

• Proficiency in using forklifts, power tools, and performing mechanical assembly.

• At least 1 year of assembly experience using hand and power tools, ideally in a metal shop setting.

• Ability to identify different tools and hardware.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with warehouse/parts picking experience.

• Ability to be on feet for 10+ hour shifts.

• Capability to move and bend under and around large equipment.

Work Environment

Work in an agricultural manufacturing setting that is renowned for its cleanliness and modernity. The facility operates Monday through Thursday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with mandatory work on Fridays. The work pace is self-regulated, but adherence to project deadlines is essential.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mapleton, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
