Key Responsibilities:* Manage vendor contracts, pricing schedules, and purchasing data* Onboard new trade partners and ensure insurance compliance* Review contracts, maintain vendor records, and process updates* Partner with purchasing, finance, legal, and operations teams* Audit data, resolve billing issues, and support production timelines What We're Looking For:* Accounts payable, Purchasing, or contract administration experience* Strong data entry and computer skills* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities* Homebuilding or construction industry experience preferred* Proven job stability and attention to detail* Must complete an at home assessment, then interview with the hiring manager
