This role will support programs that operate out of our La Mesa, MX factory.This role will include CAM responsibility and total ownership of quality, cost, and schedule performance for their assigned programs, which includes both labor and material responsibilities.Specific tasks will include (but are not limited to):Setting up manufacturing budgets (both labor and material) and executing earned‑value requirements for bothLeading proposals, including authoring basis‑of‑estimates (BOEs)Leading new program launches and guiding the team through end‑item material deliveryLeading the IPT to ensure quality, on‑budget, and on‑time deliveryAnalyzing and updating program schedulesLeading the IPT to develop production‑startup requirementsExecuting existing production linesIdentifying and coordinating implementation of internal process improvementsSupporting and participating in programmatic and technical reviews, briefings, and meetingsWHO WE AREOur Operations Program Management team—about 30 professionals—serves as Control Account Managers (CAMs), overseeing material budgets and labor scopes. We are the primary liaison between Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality and other functions for production and capture programs. By providing seamless support throughout the production lifecycle, we ensure timely delivery of contracted projects.
