Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, vision, dental, and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required Computer knowledge and experience using PointClickCare (PCC) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator Complete Care at Bey Lea has a dedicated clinical team that creates a warm, family-like environment where residents feel cared for and staff feel valued and supported.
