Role Description As an Account Associate for Bobby Hudson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
