Delinquency Resolution Specialist

Minnesota League of Credit Unions

TruStone Financial Credit Union in Burnsville, MN is seeking an experienced collections specialist to resolve delinquent member accounts and protect the credit union's interests. You will contact members by phone, letter, or in-person to understand reasons for delinquencies and to pursue mutually agreeable plans.
