Assistant Club Manager

The Assistant Club Manager supports the daily operations of the club while developing leadership skills to prepare for a future Club Manager role. This position focuses on sales leadership, team development, and operational execution . Key Responsibilities Support the Club Manager in daily operations and team leadership Lead by example in sales performance and membership growth Coach and motivate team members to achieve personal and club goals Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational standards Ensure exceptional client experience and service recovery when needed Help train and onboarding new team members Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards throughout the club What We’re Looking For 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience Leadership mindset and desire to grow into management Strong communication and coaching skills Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented Why Join Our Team Leadership development and advancement opportunities Performance based incentives Fun, energetic team environment Opportunity to grow into a Club Manager role Hourly Pay + Commission + Bonus opportunities Additional earning potential based on sales performance and team results. #J-18808-Ljbffr Evolving Solution Services
