RN Supervisor, Care Management

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead our Care Management team.
This role offers the perfect blend of leadership and clinical expertise, allowing you to make a significant impact while maintaining a work-life balance.
Your proficiency in discharge planning and utilization review will be highly valued as you guide our department to achieve exceptional patient care outcomes.
Requirements
- This candidate will provide Associate Director level supervision to the Care Management Department
- Must have 2 years of experience in discharge planning and utilization review
- Must be CCM & PRI certified
- Bachelor’s degree required but masters preferred
