Smart Houses, opgericht in 2018, is het eerste bedrijf in Vlaanderen dat werkt met een vernieuwend vastgoedmodel. We zijn er voor mensen die hun woning willen verkopen zónder makelaar, maar wél met begeleiding van een ervaren vastgoedcoach. Je krijgt professionele ondersteuning, behoudt zelf de controle én betaalt geen torenhoge commissie.
Om ons team verder te versterken, zoeken we een Account Manager die sterke relaties opbouwt met klanten en partners. Je maakt afspraken in regio Oost-Vlaanderen en gaat ter plaatse om dossiers op te starten.
- Leads opvolgen: Je verwerkt binnenkomende aanvragen tot concrete opstarts
- Overeenkomsten afsluiten: Je bespreekt onze werkwijze en zet deze om in successen
- Prospectie en acquisitie: Jij spot kansen en legt nieuwe contacten
- Adressen verzamelen: Je bouwt een sterk netwerk uit
- Klantenrelaties beheren: Je bent het aanspreekpunt en adviseert
- Samenwerken met de backoffice: Vlotte administratie en opvolging van lopende en opstartende verkopen
- Locaties vastleggen: Je neemt foto's en verwerkt ze via onze software.
- Ervaring in verkoop of inkoop
- Assertief en resultaatgericht
- Communicatief sterk en overtuigend
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken
- Punctueel en georganiseerd
