Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager in Architecture. The Project Manager will be responsible for architectural design, and project management of various types of projects from concept to completion.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architecture technology
• Previous experience in architectural firm preferably as a PM (2-5 years)
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit architectural software is required

Qualifications

• Project Planning and Management
• Ability to function comfortably, and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals including clients, consultants, contractors and JM2 team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget
• Knowledge of local building codes
• Residential and Commercial experience preferred
• Restaurant and/or pharmaceutical experience a plus
