Please note, part-time employees are not eligible for benefits.**What You’ll Do*** Deliver exceptional clinical care, helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health* Perform hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, debridement, fluoride, sealants, whitening, and localized antibiotic placement* Conduct thorough assessments, including periodontal charting and screening for oral cancer and other conditions* Take and interpret dental radiographs* Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care in a way that is clear, supportive, and motivating* Partner closely with the doctor to identify and communicate restorative needs* Keep appointments running on time while maintaining a high standard of care and patient experience* Support a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment, including sterilization and equipment maintenance* Collaborate with the full team to ensure a seamless and positive patient visit from start to finish* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management**Full-time Employee Benefits***We recognize that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients.
