RemX Staffing is seeking Hybrid Insurance Producers

Salary is commensurate with Experience) PLUS Uncapped monthly bonuses

Start Date : August 2026

Location: Warwick, RI 02886 - Hybrid role (3 days onsite)

Regular Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Rotational Saturdays (once a month)

Training Hours:

• 8:30am – 5:00pm EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Warm leads/NO cold calling-  Inbound (Outbound calls only for Follow up)

• Sell personal insurance products via inbound phone and email

• Follow up with clients to complete sales

• Maintain licensing through training and continuing education

• Keep an organized pipeline and prioritize leads

• Explain insurance coverage clearly to clients
