What success looks like in this role: The Junior Associate, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of targeted ABM programs across global markets, including North America, Latin America, APAC, and EMEA. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is eager to build expertise in strategic account engagement while contributing to high-impact, data-driven campaigns.Working closely with sales, field marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will help bring personalized marketing strategies to life for both prospective and existing clients. The role blends analytical thinking with hands-on execution, offering exposure to enterprise-level marketing programs and global collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of ABM campaigns across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many segments, aligned to regional and global prioritiesPartner with sales and account teams to deliver targeted outreach strategies for new logo acquisition and client expansionAnalyze campaign performance, engagement data, and pipeline metrics to identify insights and recommend optimizationsCoordinate with cross-functional teams (including demand generation, digital, content, and operations) to ensure campaign alignment and consistencyAssist in managing campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and regionsLeverage ABM and marketing technology platforms to execute and track campaign performanceContinuously build knowledge of ABM strategies, tools, and best practicesYou will be successful in this role if you have:Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, or field marketingFoundational understanding of ABM frameworks, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many approachesHands-on experience with Salesforce for campaign tracking, reporting, and pipeline analysisAbility to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvementsStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort collaborating directly with sales and cross-functional teamsExperience with marketing and sales tools such as ZoomInfo, intent data platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience in enterprise technology or SaaS marketing environmentsExposure to global marketing programs and cross-regional collaborationBenefitsUnisys offers an outstanding benefits package, featuring unlimited paid time off, a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare, HSA matching, ongoing learning opportunities, and more!
