DevSecOps ManagerJob#: 3053129Job Description:DevSecOps ManagerLocation: Can sit in Finley, OH, San Antonio, TX or Houston, TX Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Type: Full Time Direct Hire Compensation: $140-180K annually w/ bonus potential Role OverviewThe DevOps Platforms Leader is responsible for the strategy, governance, modernization, support, and enterprise adoption of the organization's DevOps platforms and software delivery ecosystem. This role provides leadership over the platforms, services, standards, and operational practices that enable secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery. This position leads the evolution of enterprise DevOps capabilities including Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesManages daily operations of the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Plans and leads low- to medium-complexity IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.Ensures the availability, reliability, and security of technology systems.Defines and drives the DevSecOps strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.Designs and manages enterprise-grade DevSecOps platforms, including CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and automated testing.Embeds security controls throughout the software delivery lifecycle, incorporating code analysis, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement.Oversees platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency through monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning.Implements robust governance practices including access controls, audit logging, and compliance reporting.Continuously evaluates emerging DevSecOps tools and practices and fosters cross-functional collaboration.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer-related degree required.Experience: 10+ years of diversified IT experience required.
