Location: Milford, CT
Pay Rate: $17.50 $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler / Solderer to support the production of custom lighting kits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to solder components with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble custom lighting kits according to customer specifications and production schedules
- Perform soldering of components as part of the assembly process
- Follow assembly instructions and established production procedures
- Inspect components and connections to ensure accuracy and quality
- Report any issues or inconsistencies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
