Project Coordinator

Base pay range $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to support one of our healthcare clients. This will be a 6 month contract, with potential extensions and possible conversion. This will be sitting fully remote in one of the approved states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, North Carolina, or Virginia. Day to day Supporting project managers and teams by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope. The position may manage lower-complexity projects independently. Project planning, executing, and monitoring project activities. Tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. Maintaining accurate project documentation (charters, budgets, schedules, RAID logs). Managing lower‑complexity projects as assigned. Acting as the primary contact for internal teams and external partners regarding project status. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. Facilitating cross‑departmental communication to resolve issues promptly. Supporting budget tracking and expenditure monitoring. Coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed. Monitoring risks, issues, actions, and decisions; assist in mitigation strategies. Escalating unresolved issues to project managers. Preparing status reports and dashboards for leadership review. Analyzing performance data and support post‑project reviews. Must Haves 4+ years of overall experience and recent experience in Project Coordination. Highly organized, energetic, and strong communication is a must. Ideally generic healthcare and/or health plan (insurance) experience. Past working in an environment with multiple projects going on at once. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
