Registered Nurse – Nursing

Schedule: Shift: 7AM-7PM

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio
CPR certification required
Previous nursing experience preferred
Associate degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients according to the nursing process.
Provide quality care based on patient needs and established plans of care.
Educate patients and their families/significant others from admission through discharge.
Document the nursing process/pathway accurately and thoroughly.
Notify physicians of pertinent observations and changes in patient status.
Administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately.
