As a Digital Sales Associate, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market customers using primarily digital touchpoints—delivering personalized solutions while helping businesses work smarter. What you’ll be doing: * Maintain and grow revenue through outbound digital sales activities within assigned industries or verticals * Execute sales strategies across digital channels including email, social media, chat, digital sales rooms, and virtual meetings * Own and manage a digital sales funnel, progressing opportunities through close * Identify incremental growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new customer acquisition digitally * Leverage CRM tools to document customer interactions, capture insights, and follow up on revenue opportunities * Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience * Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver customer-focused solutions * Share best practices and insights to support a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement What you bring to the table:

practices What’s Needed - Basic Qualifications : * 2+ years of experience in digital sales, inside sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field What’s Needed - Preferred Qualifications:

• B2B or mid-market sales experience
• Multichannel digital selling exposure
• Customer acquisition and retention experience
