Strong Sale Leader Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and legal regulations at all times. Experience Proven management experience in retail or specialty stores with a focus on team supervision and sales management. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and employee orientation. Experience with inventory management systems (POS), bookkeeping, payroll processing, and cash handling procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
