Recruiter for Physician and Advanced Practice ProvidersHelp us hire the physicians and advanced practice providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) who power AllCare's primary and urgent care model across Georgia. In this hands-on, full-cycle role, you will own the requisition-to-offer process for provider roles, partner closely with Pod Practice Managers and Medical Directors on hiring needs, and work with credentialing to keep new providers moving smoothly toward their start date.This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands provider hiring, builds strong relationships with clinicians, and is comfortable operating in a lean team across a growing, multi-site organization where hiring needs shift by site and specialty.Recruiting & Talent AcquisitionOwn the full requisition-to-offer cycle for physician and APP roles: post openings, source and screen candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring Practice Managers and Medical DirectorsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified physicians, NPs, and PAs across Georgia; provide weekly hiring status updates by site and roleVerify licensure and conduct reference checks; initiate background checks and hand off to credentialing for privilegingCoordinate offer logistics, compensation details, and start-date planning; hand off new providers into onboardingPromote openings across multiple channels (job boards, careers page, medical career fairs, professional associations) and build relationships with local NP and PA programsBe accountable for recruitment KPIs and participate in cross-functional projects as the organization growsProcess, Metrics & StrategyOwn funnel metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-offer, source-of-hire, offer-acceptance rate, and stage-to-stage conversion for provider roles (applied? screened? interviewed? offered ? hired)Report funnel metrics on a weekly and monthly cadence to People leadership and hiring stakeholders, flagging bottlenecks by site, role, or specialty and recommending fixesPartner with cross-functional leaders (People/HR, Practice Managers, Credentialing, and Finance) to continuously improve provider talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing channel mix, interview process design, compensation and offer competitiveness, and employer brandingOnboarding Support & Retention Partnership? Partner with credentialing and onboarding teams to move new providers smoothly from signed offer to first day? Partner with clinical leadership, HR, and People Operations to reduce turnover of new hires and improve retention, particularly in the early days of an employee's journey? Pick up ad hoc provider recruiting or workforce projects as they come upRequirementsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE2–4 years of full-cycle provider recruiting experienceExperience recruiting primary care physicians strongly preferredWorking knowledge of ATS/HRIS tools and basic familiarity with clinical credentialing requirementsComfortable managing a high volume of requisitions across multiple sites at onceSKILLS & COMPETENCIESStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially around licensure and credentialing timelinesClear, credible communicator with provider candidates, Medical Directors, and Practice ManagersComfortable context-switching between sourcing-heavy weeks and interview/credentialing coordination weeksPractical, solutions-oriented mindsetPLUS, BUT NOT NECESSARYExperience with greenhouse ATS platformPrior experience in a growth-stage, venture-backed, or private-equity-backed healthcare companyTravel & Work Environment? Hybrid schedule with regular time spent on-site at practice locations for interviews, career fairs, and Practice Manager check-ins?
