In this role you will work on, and manage the delivery of, various Enterprise Software Development Projects. By partnering closely with internal clients and external stakeholders you will develop project roadmaps, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress all while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.If you are looking for a company that takes pride in its work, values its team members, and are looking to help transform a business, then this is an opportunity for you.What we have to offerCompetitive Compensation: Salary based on experience and capabilities Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) (Vogel covers 100% of the base medical and dental plan for employees) Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time A well‑established brand with a loyal customer baseWhat you will doManage multiple concurrent software and product development projects from initial scoping and planning through QA, UAT, and final deployment.Mentor, develop and work alongside of a small team of Software Engineer's.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budget tracking, and resource allocation strategies.Lead multi-disciplinary teams and partner with both internal and external subject matter experts (SME's) and business partners on project needs, goals, and expectations.Identify project dependencies, mitigate risks, and manage scope changes effectively to keep projects on track and budget.Lead project status meetings and provide regular progress reporting and status updates to end-users and leadership.Continuously refine and elevate the team's project management methodologies, standards, and practices.What you'll bring5+ years of dedicated Business Systems Development & Adaptation experience within software developmentA proven track record of simultaneously managing multiple complex projectsCapable of adapting to the needs of a small, but growing team.Proficiency with project tracking and collaborations tools (we use JIRA).Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.AI and third-party collaboration experienceNice if you haveExperience managing frontend/full-stack teamsBackground in Business Systems Development & AdaptationFamiliarity with JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems and ReactExperience with design handoffs and implementation processesKnowledge of common development blockers and how to mitigate themExperience with metrics and data-driven project decisions
